My wife and I stayed at the Grecotel Costa Botanica, and I honestly think I've never seen a hotel run so well, with staff working so fast and efficiently, and facilities that are both modern and well-maintained. This is the perfect hotel for a family holiday or a fun, luxurious getaway with your partner. This place truly is incredible. A personal thank you to Stamatis, the Assistant Room Divisions Manager, and Vicky from the pool bar for making our stay extra special. You, along with every member of the staff, were amazing! We had our first holiday here in the October half term. We had an absolutely fantastic holiday. The rooms were a bit dated but they were not lacking in anything and were perfectly acceptable, just not particularly modern or luxurious. The hotel is set over expansive grounds and is absolutely stunning. The beach is really clean and the sea is the cleanest I've ever seen. There is literally not a drop of seaweed and the views of the mountains from the beach are breathtaking. I saw some sunrises and sunsets that will stay with me forever. There are plenty of places to relax, plenty of sunbeds around and the village style set up really gives it a lovely atmosphere. Everywhere is clean and well kept. The pools were very cold, but then again it was October. The waterpark was really good fun and we loved the lazy river, even if you did have to brace yourself for the cold when you got in! We visited the Asiana and Italian a la carte restaurants. We particularly loved the Asiana, even though for some of the party it was out of their comfort zone for foods they wouldn't usually eat, but in the end we all enjoyed it very much. The staff at Costa Botanica are absolutely fantastic, everyone is friendly and helpful and really enhanced our stay. The evening entertainment was really good and we all enjoyed it. The DJ plays great music. The crepes were really nice and the ice cream was good quality. In general the food in the main buffet was what you would expect of an all inclusive resort that is cooking for the masses. The only couple of downsides really are the mosquitos and wasps! I was bitten so many times,despite using sprays etc and usually they never bother me. My mother in law usually gets badly bitten abroad but we had read some advice to take antihistamines for a few days before coming, which she did due to the fact that she usually gets so badly bitten and this really seemed to help her, so I would suggest doing this. The wasps are a serious problem too round a lot of the drinks machines and you have to risk getting stung to pour yourself a drink. I'm not blaming the hotel for this, but I do think it is something guests should be aware of. I would overall thoroughly recommend this hotel as we had such a great time here.

We recently stayed at the Costa Botanica and this was absolutely fantastic. Staff were so warm and welcoming! Great facilities, great atmosphere and the food was great. Would definitely recommend. We brought our 3 children and they thoroughly enjoyed their holiday!

We've had an absolutely fantastic stay, which exceeded our expectations. This was our first all-inclusive resort stay, and compared to experiences shared by friends, we were very positively surprised by: - The quality of the food, and the fact that after almost a week at the resort we didn't feel bored by the wide selection and changing dishes. - The training and friendliness of the staff. - The quality and diversity of pool and beach installations, and the range of nice spaces where to spend time and relax. - The quality of the music and entertainment. It was a delightful experience overall, and we look forward to visiting again! Great job!

Just arrived. Greeting was superb. Made to feel really welcome and valued. Staff are very well trained and service is of a very high standard. Buffet restaurant is excellent. Food is refreshed and replenished constantly, even after the advertised closing time. Main pool and smaller pool by the Summer Houses are both beautifully clean and like a warm bath. Cocktails around the pool were well made and no scrimping on the alcohol. So far I’m really impressed. This place is amazing!! Highly recommended!!
